COVID-19 RESOURCES
COVID-19 Support for Communication Professionals
To help our communications community, we’ve built and curated resources essential for pandemic communication planning.
Back to the Office Pulse Check
In July 2020, we asked our attendees to share their progress, their advice, their wish list and plans for the future.
With 50% having gone through the experience of bringing employees back to the workplace, one recommendation came through loud and clear. Focus on a strong start. Take your time to set, communicate and consistently reinforce your COVID-19 safety protocols. It’s incredibly difficult to tighten them later and people become complacent.
Communication Planning Guide
In April 2020, we brought together over 80 communication professionals, from over 24 industries from around the world. In facilitated workshops, we tackled the questions:
- What can communicators do to strengthen trust moving forward?
- How can communicators shape the employee experience once we return to the workplace?
